Dubbed “The Second Harvest,” the collaboration is a new take on NN.07’s Ollie jacket that’ll accompany the release of Slop Magazine‘s forthcoming fifth issue.
Designed to explore the parallels between Slop Magazine‘s fresh produce-focused ethos and the foraging that’s a focal point of Danish culinary culture, the sturdy Ollie jacket is constructed of yarn-dyed brown organic woven cotton. It’s far from being all business though, as a special touch is applied over its left chore pocket, namely a colorful hit of wild strawberry embroidery and a collaborative NN.07 x SLOP wordmark.
Limited to 100 pieces, the SLOP Magazine x NN.07 Ollie Jacket will be released both in-store at NN.07’s Copenhagen flagship and online via the brand’s webstore on August 7 at 5 PM CET. A release party at the flagship store will accompany the jacket’s arrival, as will the in-person arrival of SLOP Magazine Issue #5, “The City Issue,” which focuses on the relationship between European cities and their produce, namely the unique items grown, eaten and produced in London, Athens and Copenhagen, and features a cover designed by London-based All Purpose Studio. The latest issue is also available to order via the SLOP Magazine webstore now.
